Hi I'm Patti and I've owned Curves of New Milford since January of 2000. My staff and I are dedicated to helping women transform their lives.
We are a women's only interval training and weight loss studio. We specialize in interval training because it produces twice the results in half the time. The women we work with enjoy their workouts classic, in a group, or with a personal trainer. For those women who desire weight loss, we offer individual weight loss coaching.
